Anupam Majumdar, Partner, is a senior strategist with 18 years of experience as both an advisor and practitioner in payments and fintech across Europe, North America, and APAC. He has successfully led over 100 growth strategy engagements, helping PSPs, fintechs, card schemes, and SaaS companies with growth strategy development, product strategy blueprinting, GTM optimization, and M&A strategy. Since joining Flagship, Anupam has led and delivered more than 30 buy- and sell-side M&A deals in payments and fintech, acting as a trusted advisor to global private equity and investment firms on investment thesis formulation, targeted commercial M&A due diligence, and portfolio strategy development.
Anupam specializes in B2B payments, cross-border/A2A payments, digital identity/fraud, and merchant acceptance, with a focus on growth strategies, new market entry, and M&A commercial due diligence. He has also worked with leading SaaS platforms (e.g., Office of CFO SaaS), helping them develop product and fintech growth strategies.

Prior Experience
Before joining Flagship, Anupam was a Senior Manager at Accenture and later at First Annapolis Consulting (acquired by Accenture in 2017). At First Annapolis, Anupam was instrumental in building and leading the B2B and bank payments practice in Europe. He has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, having also worked with Cognizant prior to joining Accenture.
Before entering consulting, Anupam worked as a transaction banking practitioner at RBS and Citibank, where he was responsible for product management and commercialization.
