Charlotte is a Principal based in Amsterdam with 8 years of experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory across Europe for private equity and strategic investors. At Flagship, Charlotte has advised a number of clients on due diligence and target identification exercises in the context of primary buy-outs and strategic add-ons, with a particular focus on SaaS / fintech. 

Charlotte combines practical experience in deal execution with deep knowledge in the payments and fintech marketplace. She also has extensive experience in conducting market research and analysis, delivering sizing assessments, and working on other strategic engagements related to the European payments market.

Prior to joining Flagship Advisory Partners, Charlotte was an M&A Advisory Associate at Capital Concepts International, an M&A advisory boutique in Zurich, and a Consultant at First Annapolis Consulting (acquired by Accenture in 2017), a boutique payments and fintech consultancy and M&A advisory firm. 

Charlotte also has a strong practical background in the execution of transactions. Following internships at BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, UniCredit, and Ikano Bank, Charlotte began her career in investment banking and leveraged finance at BNP Paribas and Marlborough Partners in London advising large corporates and tier one private equity firms across Europe.

She speaks fluent German, French and English.

Charlotte holds a Master’s in Global Management from the Kedge Business School (France) and a Bachelor’s from the European Business School (Germany).
