Simone is a Manager based in Amsterdam with over 8 years of experience in consulting and hospitality. Since joining Flagship, Simone has conducted market sizing, growth opportunities and built GTM strategy for an issuer processor expanding into North America and APAC, assisted a big-tech firm on MEA payment growth expansion and helped a large retailer on their card issuing strategy in Europe and North America. 

Simone joined Flagship after 6 years at a Dubai-based boutique strategy consultancy focused on hospitality, retail, and entertainment sectors. During her tenure, she managed and coordinated delivery of consulting engagements, conducted market research, collected and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, drafted RFIs, lead RFP responses on behalf of clients, and developed creative concepts for hospitality offerings, brand DNA, and graphic design.

Simone began her career with various roles in the hospitality sector and holds a B.A in Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
