Stanislav is a Manager based in Prague with over 8 years of experience in consulting, cards operations, and banking. Stanislav utilizes his expertise in cards operations and product management to support processors, issuers, and acquirers on processing migrations and payments project implementations. Stanislav also supports financial investors, issuers, processors, and PSPs on market analysis and strategy development.

Stanislav’s cards operations and implementation experience includes fulfilling senior subject matter expert roles in cards processing migrations, systems migrations, drafting process documentation and business requirements for issuers and cards processors, drafting implementation and testing methodologies, implementing Apple Pay and Google Pay, implementing PSD II SCA requirements (including risk-based authentication), and supporting an international processor in its client implementations.

Stanislav’s example strategy consulting experience includes supporting go-to-market strategy development for cards processors, product and market expansion strategies, conducting several market landscapes analyses for issuers, PSPs, and financial investors, and supporting financial investors on several buy-side commercial due diligence processes, including estimating total addressable market sizes. 

Prior to joining Flagship in 2021 Stanislav was a Senior Product Manager at Moneta Money Bank, a publicly traded bank based in Prague, where he was the bank’s designated Outsourcing Manager for cards with responsibility for managing vendor relationships with card schemes, processors, and plastics providers. Stanislav also has experience as a Key Account Manager at Sberbank in Prague, and a client consultant at Partners Finanical Services.

Stanislav is a co-founder of MilujemeJizerky, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the Jizera mountains in the Czech Republic, and is attending the College of Economics and Management in Prague.
