Yuriy Kostenko brings 20 years of global experience as a payments advisor, supporting clients worldwide across dozens of successful consulting engagements and M&A advisory roles, including many of the largest payments transactions in Europe. He has deep expertise in market analysis, strategy development, business optimization, and commercial due diligence. 

As a recognized expert in merchant acceptance, digital payments, and payment transaction processing, Yuriy works with a wide range of clients, including financial investors, private equity firms, payment service providers, payment schemes, retailers, and other merchant brands. He excels in solving complex business challenges and delivering measurable results. 
Areas of Expertise
Prior Experience 

Before joining Flagship Advisory Partners, Yuriy was a Senior Manager at First Annapolis Consulting (acquired by Accenture in 2017), a boutique payments consultancy and M&A advisory firm. Yuriy played a key role in building the firm’s European business and led its M&A deal support in Europe from 2008 onward. He conducted buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence on dozens of payments transactions spanning merchant payments, digital and alternative payments, and payment processing. Additionally, Yuriy worked with European and global market leaders in e-commerce and mobile payments on market analysis and product strategy development.
