Elisabeth is a Senior Manager based in Oslo with over 9 years of experience as a payments advisor. Elisabeth specializes in payment acceptance, digital payments, and buy-side M&A. At Flagship, Elisabeth has managed target identification for financial investors, completed several due diligence projects on payment assets, and built payment strategies for PSPs, retailers, and issuer processors across Europe, North America, and APAC.
Elisabeth has broad experience across Europe in digital payments, merchant acceptance, card issuing, and payment processing. Throughout her career, Elisabeth has led or contributed to nearly 70 payments and fintech engagements, including market analysis, product and market expansion strategies, roadmap development, vendor support, buy-side due diligence, and sell-side M&A advisory.
Prior to joining Flagship, Elisabeth was a strategy consultant and analyst at First Annapolis Consulting and later Accenture (acquired First Annapolis Consulting in 2017), where she focused on payments strategy and M&A advisory.
