Joseph is an analyst in the Annapolis office specializing in fintech, digital payments, and embedded finance. He supports clients with strategic insights and M&A advisory, applying financial modeling, market analysis, and benchmarking to shape growth strategies and execution.
Prior to joining Flagship, Joseph worked as a payments and fintech analyst for a consultancy, conducting market research and authoring publications on B2B mobility, embedded finance, and payments innovation. During his undergraduate studies, he led a team in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, producing equity research and valuation analysis that achieved the highest placement in his university’s history.
Joseph is a former NCAA collegiate athlete, marathon runner, world traveler, and musician. He has traveled to over thirty countries, speaks three languages, and has amounted 300+ hours of community service over the past several years.
