Before joining Flagship, Tenzin was a Strategy and Investment Intern at Alterra Capital Partners, where he supported deal analysis, market research, and strategic planning. He also worked at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, contributing to policy initiatives in science and innovation, and served as a Policy and Investment Intern at Capstone.
